This Week

Friends of Oasis Academy, Inc. is accepting nominations for a new board member.  All nominees must be a member in good standing.  The new board member will be voted on by FOA members in good standing on Family Night at the Book Fair, Oct. 24th.   Nominations can be submitted to sgomesFOA@oasisacademyfallon.us. This is an important board which oversees many, many events at the school.  Be sure to nominate!

There is lots of learning happening at OA, and this is what it looked like last week . . .

Next Week

Is the book fair!  Be sure to mark your calendars for the 24th which is family night!  There is going to be a special reading by the staff, in their Halloween Costumes!

The following week is Halloween.  Students can wear their costumes to school all day on Wednesday Oct. 31st.   No scary masks, and costumes must cover as much skin as the school uniform (nothing skimpy)!  Should be a fun day for all!

Family night will also be the first round of signs ups for Lacrosse.  If you have a son who is interested in playing for the "Bighorns" this spring you can sign up right at the book fair!
