We are canceling all of our regularly scheduled classroom volunteers for CRT week (NEXT WEEK); however, if you are available to come in at the following times we need proctors to rotate around. You would have to be here no later than 8:00 a.m.
Monday 8:00-11:00, 1:30-3:30
Tuesday 8:00-11:00, 1:30-3:30
Wednesday 8:00-11:00
Thursday 8:00-11:00

If you are a lunch time or P.E. Volunteer we still need you, this only applies to classroom volunteers!
CRT's are extremely important, not only are they important to our Annual Yearly Progress status and charter, but it is also extremely expensive for us to provide make-up tests. A trained classroom teacher has to give the test under an extreme amount of security so we have to hire substitute teachers, and legally, we have to have a certain percentage of kids take the test. It is also a very complicated process to hand out and collect the test, which is time consuming for Melissa and the staff. Every effort you can make to have your child HERE, well rested, and well fed would be greatly appreciated!
